Bishop Alliance is looking for motivated, caring, and engaged individuals to work as Direct Care Professionals for our group homes of three clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

This challenging yet fulfilling position includes responsibilities such as:

- Assisting individuals in working towards personal goals

- Engaging clients through fun and enriching activities

- Training, scheduling, and managing program staff

- Aiding and teaching individuals in developing independent living skills

- Maintaining the company culture in the site that they oversee

- Building, strengthening, and maintaining relationships with support teams

- Ensuring a clean and safe environment for the individuals to live

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
